What to expect

Sessions
3-6 sessions, spaced 3-4 weeks apart
Downtime
Minimal. Mild swelling or tenderness settles in a few days
Best for
Localised fat, such as a double chin, love handles or lower belly

Our fat-dissolving treatments, using brands such as Lipolax, Cincelar, Lemon Bottle and Aribell Fit, break down stubborn fat so your body can gradually clear it, for a smoother, more contoured shape. Treatment is done under local numbing.

This is targeted contouring, not a weight-loss procedure. If you would like a faster, more dramatic change, tumescent liposuction under local anaesthesia is also an option, and we will guide you to the safest, most effective choice for your body.

How it works

The products contain ingredients such as sodium deoxycholate or phosphatidylcholine (PPC), naturally occurring compounds that break down fat cells. Some formulations add L-carnitine for fat metabolism or riboflavin (vitamin B2), which supports fat breakdown and skin quality. Once broken down, the fat is cleared naturally over time.

Results can be supported with bodycare supplements we provide, such as Mesoestetic Grascontrol Lipactive solution or Grascontrol Detox Powder.

Questions

Are the ingredients safe?

Yes. Our injectable solutions are clinically approved, and their ingredients, including PPC, L-carnitine and plant-based compounds (riboflavin, lecithin and bromelain), are metabolised naturally by the body.

What if I am overweight overall?

Fat dissolving is for contouring, not weight loss. If your overall weight is higher, general weight reduction with medical support may come first: see Medical weight loss.

Is there a faster alternative?

Tumescent liposuction under local anaesthesia removes fat precisely in a single session, with minimal downtime.
